There are two surface scratches on the seat and a small amount of leather has rubbed on the edge of the saddle flap (see pics) Apart from that it's in lovely condition. Bates Caprelli Dressage saddle black 16.5 inch This saddle is an adjustable gullet and comes with black (medium) blue (medium wide)and red (wide) gullets. The cair panals have been removed and it is flocked it was only flocked in July of this year while I was awaiting new saddle. It has a couple of large surface scratches on seat but they are more cosmetic than anything and the leather has worn through on the piping on front of saddle left side by knee panel where reins have rubbed but other than that it has some life in it yet hence price and would be good for using on youngsters while they are changing shape.
