Ampeg V4BH bass amp, 2x10 bass cab, 1x15 bass cab

The set up consists of an Ampeg V4BH all valve bass amp head, an Ampeg 2x10 Classic cab and an Ampeg 1x15 Classic cab. All of which were made in the USA before Ampeg shipped production to the Far East. The amp head has a full flight case and the cabs have Roqsolid covers. The stitching on the 2x10 is coming undone but it still protects the cab. Both cabs have Ernie Ball removable castors on them. One of the castors on the 2x10 is slightly loose. The sound of this rig is typical Ampeg - big, loud and warm. This has been my main bass rig for around 3 years, but following the use of a friend's Terror bass I have been drawn into the world of Orange bass amps and I think I'm there to stay now (for now!). I've removed the head from the speaker cab, as I was using the cab separately for cello and guitar.(which sounded great by the way!) I no longer need either head or cab, but I need the space; hence the sale. It sounds great and everything works, with a very effective eq section and also a limiter. It's pretty heavy, so I guess would be perfect for a practise space, but of course it's more than able to handle live work against a noisy drummer. Anyway, at £60, who's complaining!
