For sale is our caravan.It is a dry van with no damp.All gas & electrics work. The main seating area turns into a double bed & the dinette turns into bunk beds.The bathroom is at the back with a toilet & shower.There is a door which sections off the bathroom & wardrobe, to create a larger dressing area.As to be expected for the age of the van,there are a few marks on the upholstery & a couple of the blinds have tears in them. There is a small crack in the back panel of the caravan.This was sealed 4 years ago & has not let in any water. The van was serviced 2 years ago. It is fitted with a motor mover. I bought this caravan for me and my children, I've used it once for one night, discovered that caravanning is not for me. Hence sale. This is a very clean, tidy van, good condition for age. It has a double front, and bunk back. Bathroom with shower, immaculate oven and fridge. This is a lightweight van ideal for first timers, 875kg and upto kg laden. This is in fantastic condition, we have had it for just over a year and only used it for 5 days. We intended to use to drive to the coast whenever we could but we decided to move to the coast instead! It has a static bed and two settees which make another double bed when they are set up. We had a motor mover put on it as it makes life much easier when moving it about. There is an awning which goes with the caravan, water containers, awning carpet, wheel lock and hitch lock and lots of other bits and bobs - too many to mention. It has a shower, toilet, wash basin at the end of the caravan. The usual sink, fridge, oven and hob. This is virtually in new condition, you will not be disappointed, it is fairly lightweight too.
