A unique opportunity to buy a very desirable family caravan. I bought this a year ago to see if we liked caravaning and it's been brilliant. so clean and tidy both inside and outside with everything you need. I had it serviced after I bought it in March last year then again this year to sell. Everything works as it should, heater both blower and main. water heater, shower, toilet lights everything. there is a couple of small marks on the door side as this is where the awning was and trying to out it up in the wind with just 2 people is a test. they're not major marks and can happily send pictures to show you them as you can hardly see them. new battery just fitted. comes with all the usual extras aqua water roll, water filter and pump, mains cable, pink and blue toilet detergents. Bailey Pageant Berth Touring Caravan A five berth with a side washroom, It had had damp across the front windows, along the nearside, but we haven't noticed any problems this year. (hence the low price) The caravan has rear seating that can be changed into a large double bed. There is also a bunk above, and the whole area can be partitioned from the rest of the caravan. In the centre on one side is a kitchen equipped with a gas hob, grill and oven, a sink with hot and cold water and a drainer, and a fridge that can be powered from both gas and electric. Opposite is the washroom, which is a combined shower and cassette toilet, with a wash basin and vanity unit. A large wardrobe is next to the washroom, and at the front are a pair of parallel bench seats that can be joined to make a comfortable double bed. Other equipment on the caravan includes a gas and electric water heater, and a truma gas and electric fire with blow air unit. There are lots of extras only selling as we now have a vw. This is a beautifully kept very tidy registered bailey caravan. Fixed bed half dorema awning included with sale. 2 aqua rollers and 1 waste container. This really is a very good example of this caravan, has been to in the family from new. The down sides to this caravan is the bottom storage cupboard glass door is missing due to us not closing it probably whilst touring and it shattered, this can be purchased from the manufacturer for £37. And the toilet cassette sliding handle got snapped by a clumsy friend. We had a quote from Elite caravans based in cranfield but are also mobile for £90 aiming pounds. Neither greatly effect use. The outside has a few minor dints, and 2 minor repairs (please see photos). The inside is very clean and tidy. No smokers or pets. The van has very recently been fully serviced (), and this included new brakes. The service and brakes was £. There are no damp issues, and it is in very good condition. The van comes with a small Sunridge Awning, which is in OK condition (no instructions though), and perfectly waterproof. The van also comes with the basics you need: Waste master, 40L water container and pump, crockery, wheel clamp, small fire extinguisher, steps There is a seating area at the front of the van that goes to a large comfortable double bed.
