I have used the seat in both directions and can honestly say that this is the best car seat I have ever had. The seat rotates so you can easily get your child in and out and the covers completely remove for washing. The condition of the seat is used but it looks excellent as I have washed it and looked after it. Original instructions are included complete with storage bag for the impact shield and The seat has never been in a car accident and is completely sound under the covers.
