Had new inside walls replaced and re- insulated to tackle previous damp issue (bone dry now) Reinforced floor in seating and bedding area, Under seating and bed storage, fixed positions small double bed area. Brand new carpet and vinyl tiled entrance and toilet room. Fully re-upholstered seating cushions using exceptional fabric, with button detail to finish. Has previously had blinds fitted at all windows but these are not included. But can pick up cheap replacements from local market. Does have crack in front door side window which has been sealed but is still visible. Cork pin board is covering a small hole in wardrobe wall, which was made by previous owner. Space under sink area is perfect for fridge or small heater (the heater pictured is included) Would benefit from small amount of paintwork on the outside for aesthetics. Need new ceiling lighting (wires waiting) but there are 3 plug sockets throughout all in full working order, caravan fitted with fuse box and trip switch. Hello, We are selling our 5 berth lightweight caravan as a project for someone with time, space and tools or as spares and repairs. This tourer is getting on for 30 years so please be realistic in your expectations! -Full size Isabella awning included *does have some small holes but essentially fully functioning. Negatives -We think the front nearside floor is coming away from mounts but have not investigated -The front window does leak, we have tried to seal but can't isolate the problem -The door is a bit stiff and needs a bit of force to shut sometimes -The internal socket electrics do not work. Weak battery life on lights. -Intermittent fault on rear indicators -Gas/water inside never used or tested. Would strongly advise full servicing before use -One folding settee cushion missing for lower bunk Positives Tyres checked summer - one brand new other one is fine Comes with stabiliser/hitch lock 730kg MIRO 950kg MTPLM Clean inside, never cooked in. Bathroom used as a storage room. Great van to try caravanning or plenty of bits for spare and repairs We took it to Scotland this summer and it towed fine.
