Hi ******************** This is a lovely sought after 4/5/6 berth caravan, quality construction, is in lovely condition, warm, cosy and dry. Seats are in excellent condition. Compact and very easy to tow. Would suit family etc., has double bunks at side, fixed bunks in rear and queen at front. The sofa/seats at front are large seating 6 people with ample storage under and above and bench seats making a dinette at the side. Bathroom has large sink and vanity units with separate shower and swivel cassette flushing toilet. Kitchen has 3 way fridge, full cooker including grill, oven and hob. Includes thermostatically controlled warm air heating from either gas or 2kw electric heater, hot water tank beneath seats uses either gas or electric, fridge with ice box (from gas or electricity). Toilet and shower room operated from submersible pump in aquaroll with enough pressure for a reasonable shower. Recently replaced toilet flush and pump. Two fixed bunks at back, dining area converts to two more bunks and main seating area at front converts to king size bed. Cooker with four gas hobs, plus separate grill and oven. Recently replaced leisure battery. Small amount of damp damage below seat level in front corner that is not noticeable and is now dry, otherwise completely water-tight. The internal condition is good with sprung main cushions, solid wood panel doors, practical wood effect vinyl flooring, and externally generally good, but there is the odd small dent in aluminium side bodywork consistent with age and a couple fine cracks in plastic front and rear panels which do not affect water-tightness. 3/4 size awning included.
