The van is dry, no leaks or damp. The floor has been re-laminated and new carpet fitted. Specification - spacious end washroom with cassette toilet, shower, basin, seat, cabinets and wardrobe. Kitchen with 4 burner gas hob, grill and oven. Fridge (230Vac,gas, 12Vdc), Gas fire with blown heating system*, Water heater (gas / mains) 2 seater dinette which makes bunks, front seating area makes large double bed (can sleep 3) loads of storage lockers. fly screens and black-out blinds. Double glazed windows. Radio/CD player, lots of lighting including reading lights. Condition - nice clean van but not without some minor damage but nothing that stops the van being used, So issues are: dinette window and bathroom windows have cracks to the outer skin (been like it since we bought the van 10 years ago). the 12Vdc fan has recently stopped working in the gas fire for the blown air heating system, the body has a number of small dents on the Awning side and the awning rail has a some minor damage and the rear fibreglass panel has some crazing / cracking of the Gelcoat but it's been like that for over 10 years and never got any worse. Avondale 4 Berth Caravan Dart (Millennium)

Avondale 4 Berth Caravan Dart (Millennium) in good condition which we have used to tour France and Spain every summer for the past 7 years. We have had great family holidays in it and will be very sad to see it go but our teenage son has refused to go in it with us anymore so we have decided to sell it and hire a gite instead (we did look into selling the teenager but there was no demand). It is a 4 berth with a double bed in the front and fold away bunk beds to the side that during the day become a seated table for two. Also during the day the double bed becomes a 4 seater sofa with dining table. There is a kitchen area with gas cooker / oven, gas / electric (12v, 240v) fridge with freezer compartment and wash basin with hot and cold water. There is a separate bathroom with wc, wash basin, shower, hot and cold water and storage cupboard. There is a gas / electric heater which has never worked during our ownership and will need to be repaired / replaced by a qualified fitter. As we have only used the caravan abroad and during the summer months we have never had a need for it. The image of the awning was taken approx 6 years ago in the south of France (the small child isn't the teenage one and isn't included in the sale). Also included in the sale are: Full length awning Breathable awning flooring Water tank and pump Waste water tank 25m electric cable and continental adapter Foldaway bench and table Foldaway cupboard Bag of old pegs Some pots and pans Points to note: The awning has seen better days and really needs replacing as some of the peg straps are torn etc, having said that we used it last year and it did the job. It had 2 new wheels and tyres last year. Brakes are working fine. It has an anti sway tow hitch. There is a gas cylinder that still has gas in it.
