The seats were great for us as they enabled us to go out riding as a family. - The seat keeps the child secure with a 3point harness. There are also straps for the child's feet so that they don't kick you or stick their legs out whilst you are riding. - The seat comes with the instruction manual. The manual says that the seat is for a minimum age of 12 months, a maximum weight of 22kg and a maximum age of 7yrs. Our two children are now riding their own bikes aged 4 and 5 so we can go out riding as a family with all of us on our own wheels…hence the reason for selling. - The seat can be mounted to a bike with wheels of 26" or 28" diameter. Can be set up for one or two children, includes seat belts and has a waterproof windscreen/cover which can be just used as an insect screen as the waterproof clear window rolls up out of the way when not in use. Fantastic item - has storage pockets inside for kids bits and bobs. Also has large storage pocket at rear. Folds down flat for storage and the wheels detach easily so it can be carried in a small car boot. Attaches to the rear axle of the adults bike ver easily. It's in a used but very good condition and has always been cleaned and lubricated alongside the bicycles. The detachable cover has some small holes in the fabric from wear but it doesn't detract from the use. Cost £140 brand new and still has many years use left in it, so grab a bargain at £50 ono.
