The Audionpack H22SA heat shrink chamber machine featuring automatic product ejection improves the standard chamber machine product output from a maximum of 300 product per hour up to an impressive maximum 500 packs per hour. These machines designed to be as simple to use as possible and offer a cost effective way of presenting and protecting your products. Used in conjunction with centre folded shrink film the operator places the product inside the film and moves the item over into the the chamber before closing the hood to start the sealing and shrinking cycle. Hot air is then circulated around the chamber to shrink the film ensuring a clean and neat finish. Once the shrinking cycle is complete the hood raises and the built in conveyor automatically moves the product away in turn saving time allowing the operator to get the next pack ready for shrinking.

Audionpack L500SA Semi Automatic L-Sealer With TM18 Heat Tun

Audionpack L500SA semi automatic l-sealer and TM18 heat shrink tunnel provides a complete shrink wrap packaging line for presentation product protection purposes. Used in conjunction with centre folded shrink film up to a roll size of 600mm wide. The operator places the product into the shrink film, then moves the product across into the sealing area and the sealing button is pressed which automatically lowers the sealing bar to make the heat seal. Once the sealing process has started the operator prepares the next product to be packaged. After the sealing process the sealing bar is automatically raised and the conveyor systems starts moving the product away on to an optional conveyor or into stand alone heat tunnel. The sealing time, conveyor operating time and conveyor operating speed can be adjusted on the l-sealer. The Audionpack L-sealer provides a large step up in product output compared to a chamber machine with up to a maximum of between packs per hour being achieved (depending on product size and material used).
