Dell, who worked as a foreman in Bauhaus and as a teacher in the famous Bauhaus in Weimar (between ), is seen as one of the founders of the Bauhaus principles, which influenced Danish design considerably. antiuqe stdio / reading lamp, i bought this lamp a few years ago when living in a barn conversion, now moved to a new style house and it does not fit, i re wired it a couple of years ago, and there is a mesh grille that protects the bulb. The tripod legs are Hardwood possibly Oak or Mahogany, the centre column is brass as are the feet and the height adjusters for the legs.
