ARGON RADON 18 ROAD BIKE.In very good condition. 21" with Carbon fibre front and rear forks.Carbon fibre seatpost. White Micro Shift 10 speed gears. 52-B Double chainring with White Micro Shift changer (making 20 gears in total) and Shimano 105 Cranks. White Outland Pro Pedals. (I also have a pair of size 9 lightly worn road shoes with cleats that are being included with the bike. These are Mavic with energy composite soles). RC Brakes with quick release that still have plenty of wear on the blocks. Planet X Superlight Hubs with also plenty of wear on the rims. Michelin Lithion 2 Tyres that also have lots of wear left. (I haven't had a puncture) Specialised Romin 130 Saddle with hollow Cro-Mo rails. RSP 31-8 Headset with ITM Hi-Teck Bars.Seat post Bag is also included. There is a small chip on one of the front forks as shown in one of the photos. Bought only 18 months ago as I was sick of getting past by road bikes when out on my mountain bike. Shortly after buying it I was told by a cardiologist to stop cycling. I have even sold my turbo trainer. (this bike was never used on the trainer though) It looks unlikely that I'll be back on any bike for a while so unfortunately it has to go !!! It's a super bike to ride, very light and lively and the carbon front and rear forks are ex good a smoothing out any bumps and unevenness found on the roads nowadays. The frame is made in Canada and the last time I checked the frame alone was retailing for about £700. Argon are a major manufacture and teams in the Rio Olympics and major road races including the Tour-de France are now riding their bikes. With Christmas looming it is a good time to purchase a great road bike at a very reasonable price. Buyer will possibly have to collect but I may be able to deliver fairly locally for a reasonable cost. MERLIN CYCLES BIKE BAG Undamaged, unmarked as new, bike bag. Very strong canvas bike bag ideal for protecting your bike in transit. The inside of the bag is padded. There is a hard board for the base included. To fit the bike in the bag, the wheels come off and the bars turned through 90º in line with frame. I took the pedals off and put them back facing in but you don't need to. If you don't have a hatchback, you can put your bike in the bag and on the back seat without risking any damage to the interior. I used it when we moved to protect the bike. It then went into storage for a few months and it was much easier than managing the bike assembled. Plus, I could store it stood up or lying flat. You have plenty of room in the bag for a few extras, helmet, shoes etc. Two strong carrying handles make it easy to move. It was bought from Merlin Cycles in Chorley, Lancashire.
