The cement has been removed from back and sides and they are in good condition, excellent considering they're about 125 years old. Pattern approximately 33x29 inches, depending on grouting space chosen. Light blue borders will require cutting to length. These were taken off my floor to lay a dampproof membrane, never relaid and collected over the years when other floors were removed. Collection only from Chester please.
