Looking for a sharer for my gorgeous 18 year old gelding, same home for the last 7 years. I am selling my horse due to having an operation on my hand and not being able to ride him anymore. He evented over the last two years with a very good, experienced rider at 90 and 100. He was placed on several occasions. He loves being in work and is missing being ridden. Sadly due to my hand he is turned away in a field as I have no-one to ride him now as my friend moved back to Finland. Once in work he is worth much more but I am seeing if there is interest before I send him away to be worked and then sold for more. I want him to go to the right person who will accept his quirks and love the good times. He will hack happily and enjoys eventing, show jumping etc. Jabs, teeth and back all up to date. 10 year old TB 16'2 TB Gelding

10 year old 16'2 TB Gelding. We have owned Felix for just over a year and have come to the conclusion that he needs a home that has more time for him. He has come a long way since we brought him but needs more work and we just don't have the time. He schools beautifully the way he carries himself is delightful he has three lovely paces and has a lovely fluid movement, I could imagine him doing a very nice dressage test. We have never taken him out competing and apart from popping him over a little jump in our school he hasn't done any jumping since we have owned him so can't really comment on his jumping ability. We are definitely what you would call a happy hacking home so haven’t taken him to shows. He is best when ridden frequently although last weekend we rode for the first time in 3 months and hacked on both Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday he was excited and it took longer than usual to tack him up and as soon as my husbands bottom was in the saddle he was jogging up the road! He jogged around and was generally very excitable so we only did road work. On the Sunday he was like a totally different horse, stood quietly to be tacked up, easy to mount and was cool as a cucumber so we went out for a good 2 hours and had 3 canters and a gallop. It was very pleasant hack. My husband and I mainly hack together which Felix does prefer but he has hacked alone and if he did it more I am sure he would settle much more quickly. We hack down fairly busy roads and he is fine, he does very occasionally do excited little bucks, not in nasty 'I am going to throw you off way' just I am excited and I want to go. Where he needs the most work still is on the ground he has a nervous disposition and will need a patient owner who has time to gain his trust. He isn’t at all nasty and does have stable manners he just gets nervous. We clipped him this weekend and we do it in stages so it takes 2 days rather than a few hours. He will stand to be groomed for 20 minutes and then gets fidgety, he takes longer than you average horse to tack up, nothing at all nasty he just has trust issues. He loads fine in either a box or trailer but doesn't like travelling alone, we tend to load him last and then out first to try and keep his mood as calm as possible. He can't be left in a field by himself or left on the yard by himself. He is good for the farrier and has never been lame or had any health problems. Up to date with jabs. Archie is 3 years old. He is the most beautiful cat. He loves to be lazy and sleep lots! He is neautered, had his injections, microchipped and litter trained, he gets very scared going outside so I have never forced him to go out - more so will enjoy a quick nose then run in:-) Archie is so loving and loves to climb on you and sit down wherever he likes and snuggle up. Due to a house move where we can't take pets and my partners health we can no longer keep Archie. A stunning 16hh appaloosa gelding available for sale, with lovely markings and excellent confirmation. Taken in part exchange with his full history unknown.We have started the rebacking process, taking to pessoa, lunging and long rein in the school. Initial reluctance in going forward which has now been overcome as seen in the videos. He has an amazing, beautiful floaty trot and loves his current pole work. We are selling him as a work in progress. He is NOT yet a ridden horse - however with the right person to continue with his retraining we have very high hopes for him.
