What is Graded? This means the item has been fully tested but may have some cosmetic damage on the appliance which does not affect the performance of the appliance. There may be a mark or blemish on the machine, or indentation which usually occurs to the back or sides but sometimes can be to the front. Sometimes the machine is in perfect condition because they are part of a cancelled order or has been discontinued. A manual doesn't always come with the appliance so in these cases you will have to look on the internet to download the manual. On rare occasions there may certain items that will not come with the appliance for example fixing kits etc. from appliances but in these cases it is up to you as the customer to buy the missing parts from elsewhere. When delivering your appliance we will try to bring the appliance into the room of your choice. This is subject to the size of the product (getting past obstructions / through doorways) and also in weight. If the team cannot safely move the appliance to the desired room then they will deliver it to the nearest point. They are also not allowed to move any windows, doors etc. The delivery drivers will make every effort to protect your appliance or home from any damage but it is your responsibility for example to move any ornaments or putting a protective layer on the floor to protect it.
