Appaloosa Sports Pony Yearling Brothers

This pair are inseperable, have been together since birth, so ideally I would like them to stay together. They are yearlings and were castrated in April. They have been regularly wormed, hard fed for the winter, and had their feet trimmed two weeks ago. The blue and white colt is slightly older. He is beautiful, blue and white and should spot out on the blue. He will be a Pintaloosa (dam was piebald). He has blue eyes, really blue, not wall. He is Appaloosa (Grade A stallion) x Welsh/Hackney. He is the bolder of the two, loves attention, always the first to greet you. The liver chestnut colt will spot out, has started to in his spring coat, will get whiter colouring as he matures. He has one blue eye. He is by the same sire x Welsh. (His mother is the mother of the other colt's mother!) He is more sensitive than his brother, is very loving and loyal, likes a bond They will both make about 14.2hh and will make cracking ponies. Their siblings by same stallion have all gone on to make first rate competition horses and ponies and have excelled in the show ring. Their passports are with The Spotted Sports Horse Society. Appaloosa Pony For Sale

Approx 13.2hh 6 year old Appaloosa gelding. I bought Zeus as the children wanted a pony to 'bring on' however they have shown very little motivation in doing so Zeus is offered for sale. At the beginning of the year Zeus was used by a novice child to hack on (previous home) which we have been told he was perfectly safe at doing. We have no direct experience of hacking him as we are on a 60mph road so stick to riding around our farm mainly which he does with no issues. He is very cheap to keep as is naturally a good 'do-er'. He is barefoot and will live in or out. Is currently living out with a rug on. He can be left in the field for weeks and rides the same as he does when in regular work. He is green in the school as you would expect due to his age but he is very willing to learn and enjoys his work. He is going lovely in walk and trot now but more work required on his canter transition. He is going to make a lovely pony for somebody and it's a shame the children haven't shown the interest they said they would. Although I am light enough to work him I do not have the time myself. I have videos of him being ridden. Due to his age and lack of schooling experience I am not selling him as a novice ride (although he has proven to be steady here!) but for a more experienced rider to bring on and get him out and about like I wanted us to do with him. Used to being on a farm, hacking on his own down lanes and in company, had beginners on lead rein nervous and novice to experience riders on him. He has been to local shows in hand and ridden showing and clear round always returning with rosettes. I have loads of pictures of him and a few videos. 13.2 appaloosa pony happy hacker childs best friend

Pennie is a 13.2 appaloosa who is 9yrs old. Shes a real sace steady happy hacking pony not phased by the heaviest of traffic. Has been ridden and climbed on by children from 18months old and my 5yr old has just got on and plodded around without tack etc. she has been ridden by adults also and stepped up for then.
