Beginners Cello and bow with black hard foam case 1/2 size,

We are selling a 1/2 cello and bow with a black hard foam case that is in excellent used condition. The cello was made in China and is a beginners level instrument, ideal for early grade exams. There is also a soft bag case for the cello (also black) not shown in photo as this is what the instrument came with. Please refer to the photos that show some tiny knocks to the varnish edge of the cello. The black case has dark blue velvet like material inside. It has adjustable back pack straps and handy wheels, and also a zip compartment on the back. This case was purchased separately for the cello and cost £90 when new. Grab a bargain as this is a much cheaper way for children to try out an instrument than renting a cello.

LOVELY RESONANT 4/4 CELLO, BOW AND PADDED CASE. BARGAIN

I am a professional cellist and I am selling this, my spare cello. You are welcome to come and try it.. The cello has a big, resonant sound and it is very easy to play. It is even across all the strings and has been set up to play easily. It is a beautiful - looking instrument with a good flame on the wood on the back and ribs. I have just spent £140 on putting a new bridge and soundpost on it to put it in tip-top playing condition. The bridge is cut nice and low to make playing in the high positions and up the A and D strings really comfortable. It is set up with a quality set of strings, which retail at over £100. The cello is 15 years old; and thought, by my Luthier, to be a good quality instrument made in a Chinese workshop.The cello has been valued by my luthier in the £ region for quality and sound. The bow has been valued at £200.I have had them insured for £. It has an exceptionally lovely and resonant tone. This cello is in STUNNING condition, with no cracks. The bow is silver and mother of pearl mounted. I have had the bow Re-haired ready to play. It looks stunning. The cello is a lovely instrument that will play-in even more now that the bridge and soundpost have been replaced.. The cello is especially suited to intermediate players and if you are wanting to upgrade an existing cello or even buying it as a christmas present! The cello is called 'superior' and it was made in China and then finished in London workshop. The condition of this cello is fantastic - the price includes rigid fibreglass case, the bow, music stand, selected cello books. rosin, metronome, tuning fork etc. My daughter has now decided that she will no longer be playing cello and has left for University; thus the sale. We live in North London in Finchley and I am happy for you to come and try it out here before deciding. It may need tuning - so come prepared to tune it!
