Lovely vintage unit. Not sure when it was made, just that my Mum has had it in her house for the last 30 years. Lid lifts up to reveal the top cupboard and front opens at the bottom to reveal a second cupboard. Unit is in good condition considering its age but surface needs some restoration. Open To Offers 'Kupala' Goddess of trees, flower and herbal lore This beautiful vintage sideboard of godlike stature is my absolute favourite piece I've Upcycled so far, so much so, we wanted to keep it ourselves but at 153cm's in width it was a massive 4cm's too wide for our alcove! Therefore luckily for you guys she's up for grabs. She is an extremely special 's piece with ball and claw feet giving a sense of power and strength whilst the decor, painted in Jade green with English rose Decoupage, gives it a contrasting feminine feel reminiscent of a country garden hence the name. Distressed for an aged feel using clear, dark and rustic waxes to enhance the beautiful carving and of course to seal the piece for protection. As always needs to be seen to be fully appreciated. For sale is this absolutely stunning antique Welsh chest of drawers. It's a lovely solid scruffy old thing with bags of character and charm. It's totally original I've just given it a clean and wax. It has fantastic proportions, clean inside, a lovely inlay detail on the drawers and a very unusual combination of 2 over 4 drawers making it a little different from the norm. I honestly can't say enough about this piece it's cracking but if you're looking for a pristine restored antique this is not for you. Dimensions are Width 112 Height 115 Depth 53 all cms All of my items are genuine vintage or antique. Items of this age come with obvious age related knocks, bumps and scratches etc. In my opinion this only adds to the their originality and style.
