8 ANTIQUE STONE SALTING JARS/ POTS

Here we have an antique collection of 8 stone jars which used to be used for salting or pickling vegetables in the days before fridges. These days they are primarily used for storage or purely ornamental purposes, and we are selling them because we have recently downsized and simply don't have the space any more. Sorry to see them go to be honest, because they have been in our family since before the war, so they probably date from the 30's? I suppose one day they will be worth quite a bit, but someone else will no doubt benefit from that! They are all in very good condition, except for one of the large ones which has a chip on the rim. The two taller ones are 8 inches tall and the other six are 6 inches tall. Victorian old stone collection of jars from big to middle sizes to small. all included in the sale. ive been a collector of Victorian stone jars for a few years then I got board of them then decided to move on to the s items so selling these if anyone is interested. I can sell the large bread bin separate if your only interested in that but you would need to ask what your interested in. I would prefer to sell them as a whole as there all mitching from the Victorian era. 1 LARGE BREAD BIN AND OTHER STARAGE BOTTLES. please see pictures for more details. also there is an old cookery jar for mixer wooden spoon and desert spoons etc. please note the collection will be in the carnforth area so you would need to arrange away to collect them.
