The piano is a straightstrung upright piano and all the strings are vertical. The action is an overdamper. The hammers are underneath a shelf, and there are stiff wires at the front of the action. The piano is in a fairly good condition but may need tuning. The frame number is: , and the total length of the piano including the piano keys measures approximately 134 cm. The wood is Rosewood veneer with a beautiful walnut carcass. Also include in the price is a beautiful used antique piano stool with draws for storage for either piano sheets, books or magazines. The piano stool has attractive ornate handles and feet. The piano stool has a beautifully designed cushion in need of reupholstering and some minor repairs are also needed to the beading's on the paino stool. The draws on the piano stool pulls out completely or if you prefer you can use the downward flap on the front drawers for easy access to your music sheets or magazines. A Victorian antique Cheval mahogany half mirror. The mirror is crystal clear and unmarked and is adjustable/can be swivelled on the side knobs. It can easily be moved as it is on wheels. The whole piece is in excellent condition with the exception of a tiny little knob missing from the top of the right (facing) spindle top, which is hardly noticeable.
