Antique Double Bed Wooden Arts and Crafts Style With Modern Slats and Mattress

Collection only from Rossendale BB4 9JZ. My lovely wooden double bed (around ) in an Arts and Crafts style, with turned posts and linen fold banding detail, in rich mahogany colour. I bought it in Scotland 25 years ago and was made locally for the local Manse house. Not too ornate and in very good condition with only damage to one foot which has been knocked/chipped and is shown in the close-up of the leg. I have replaced all the slats with new. Can be sold with or without the standard 4'6" mattress, which is only about 8-10 years old and in good condition too. The bed comes apart for transport and is probably one of the early examples of flat pack!! It is fairly high so provides plenty of room underneath for storage boxes. Can be viewed/collected between .
