Made my Staples and Co. with the original plaque ‘to his majesty the king.’ Original béchamel mirror in fine condition, Celtic motifs, Blanket draw, 2 rails inside. Folds down for easy moving, as does the bed which folds up. Bed has original springs (not wind up springs). Also in a fine condition. Antique 4 piece solid dark oak bedroom set

Reluctant sale, a lovely 4 piece dark oak bedroom furniture set. This comprises of a dressing table, 2 wardrobes and a bed stead. All have matching carvings and are in good condition for age. These were made by Robson and sons of Newcastle upon Tyne. They are part of their heirloom collection. Sizes of furniture, Bedstead takes a standard double mattress, the head board is 100cm high x 137 cm wide. The foot of the bed is 58 cm high x 137cm wide, plenty of room to put storage boxes under the bed. The large wardrobe is 188cm high x 126 wide x 53 cm deep. The smaller wardrobe with shelves is 161cm high x 95 cm wide x 43cm deep. The dressing table is 110cm wide x 70 cm to table top and 47.5 cm deep. The mirror is 75cm wide x 63cm high. As you can see in the photos this dresser table top has some marks on it, I'm sure these will come off if the top is rubbed down and given a protective coating. I have been told this suite is from the early 20th century. Lovely set of solid furniture for a bedroom, unfortunately our daughter wants a high bunk bed and room make over, so we're selling the furniture. Call if you'd like to come around and take a look.
