Vintage Westminster chime wooden mantel clock with key and pendulum

A nice old Westminster chime movement wooden mantel clock in need of some tlc / servicing / movement checking etc. This charming old piece has a lovely stylish shape and would look great on display in the home and if you can get it working all the better. The glass is cracked so that will need replacing but it does come with a pendulum and key. The metal face itself is in good order though still and the numbers clear and the hands all intact. The wooden parts and casing are also in quite good order too so hopefully someone can make good use of this, it looks great on a sideboard or mantelpiece:) Collection from cheltenham. Handsome oak c. s wind-up mantel clock with key - working but needs some attention

Large very handsome s oak mantel clock which has its pendulum and key. This old clock works, after a fashion, or it did when we last tried it. It will need servicing or cleaning. The chime doesn't work. Bought for our daughter. My husband fancied himself as an amateur horologist then never got round to looking at it! The clock measures approx 16" wide x 8½" tall x 5" deep (41 x 21 x 13cm). It is a good looking clock that just needs a bit of TLC to restore to its original glory.
