The bed comes apart into 4 pieces, top, bottom, two stretchers and the base which is a complete piece.The top and bottom end are in fabric and wood with button nailing all around inside and outside.The stretchers are connected by a screw type system to the top and bottom parts,The base fits onto the inside of the stretchers.The bed measurements are as follows: Top end is 45" to the highest point and 58" wide, The bottom end is 28" to the highest point and 58" wide.
