Antique heavy cast iron & hardwood garden furniture. Two chairs, One bench & One table. Rare double lattice cast iron moulding design to table top & seat backs. No cracks, breaks or repairs. Completely professionally restored by a master craftsman, with new 22mm thick Iroko hardwood timbers, fully oiled before fitting. New stainless steel fixings and bolts have been used. Cast iron has been kept original, not sand or shot blasted, just wire brushed and painted with Hammerite paint, special 'Brooklands' colour mix. For strength and stability new metal braces have been fitted to legs and tops. Very comfy generous size seats, chairs for large adult or two kids, bench for two or three adults or four kids. Cushions not required, but could be added if preferred. Due to weight, most suitable for hard paving area, so do not have to move too much, or temporary use on grass. Table; mm long, 634mm wide, 626mm tall. Chairs; 630mm wide, 600mm deep, 790mm high, 385mm seat height. Bench; mm wide, 600mm deep, 790mm high, 385mm seat height. Ideal feature for patio, swimming pool surround, conservatory, or pub, restaurant, caf, etc. Will last many years, just oil the timbers once a year. Due to size and weight, collection only from Hurstpierpoint, or could arrange haulage if required at cost, local delivery could be arrange FOC if full £ asking price paid, must be viewed to see quality and finish. VINTAGE AND ANTIQUE STYLE ORNATE CAST METAL ROUND TABLE AND 2 CHAIRS DINING SET FINISHED IN SOFT BLACK BUT WEATHERED AND COULD DO WITH A RE-PAINT This is a beautiful and very ornate vintage garden dining table and 2 chair set.  It is cast in a typical simple Victorian design.  The table is round and the chairs have ornate high backs and the whole set is made from metal.  The table has a hole in the middle for a parasol and is a must for any vintage garden. This set is in good but used condition in that the metal is not cracked etc but this set has been weathered and left in the garden for many summers and winters, so it will need to be treated and re-painted but I have been used as it is for many years.   The table measures 27 ins in diameter and 26.5 ins tall, while each chair measures 34 ins tall with a floor to seat height of 17 ins, 15.5 ins wide and 18 ins deep.  This set is a must for any garden and would look charming hiding behind any corner or as a feature in the centre of any garden.  It is being offered at a reasonable price, but offers are welcome.  Thank you for looking.
