It is a fully working Westminster chiming clock that has the necessary key to wind it and an 18cm pendulum. The case is in lovely oak and is in beautiful condition. It has barley twist spiraling down either side at the front. Two subsidiary dials CHIME SILENT and SLOW or FAST. Superb Substantial Mahogany Westminster Chiming Bracket Clock, By Wuersch Fall River Massachusetts, the lovely brass dial centre Commemorates the USS Constellation launched The USS Constellation which held two notable "firsts" for the new USN service - the first USN vessel to be put to sea and the first to overtake an enemy vessel.
