Looking for a new loving home for this antique, 8-seater solid oak dining room table. It has been in our family for more than 20 years but recently has been stored in a loft space and is not being used. It was bought by my father in Durban, South Africa, in the s and some idiot had painted it black. My dad painstakingly removed the black paint and sanded and re-varnished it to bring it back to its original glory. There were 8 carver chairs with it, but sadly they've been lost down the years. It's far too nice to be hidden away and I reckon it will look amazing in someone's dining room. It might also make for an interesting piece for a furniture showroom. Someone who owns a furniture shop or deals in antiques would be able to make a nice profit on this for the price I'm asking.
