This is a fantastic used but good condition Amdega timber framed orangery with double gazed windows. It is being taken down to make way for a new extension. Similar size Orangeries "new" are around £45k-£50k. Installed they cost around £ per m2 so this would cost around £64k + vat The footprint is 48m2 (see image plan - measurements are in millimeters). However a summary of dims - Width - 5.41m (approx) Length - Long side 8.97m - short side 5.53m (approx) The frame-work is hardwood (painted) but with double glazed panel windows & doors. 3 sets of double doors within. Opening roof windows. Steel frames are included (We have not yet investigated the support structure We are the Main contractor and this is our property as part of the overall contract to demolish and build. We suggest that whoever buys this Orangery / conservatory takes it down themselves. That way, you are able to make sense of how it goes back together, as they are no instructions to assemble. Large white UPVC double glazed conservatory. In good general condition, it is used but will give many year s more good service. Only being sold as making way for structural alterations. Very useful french doors to one aspect, polycarbonate roof, complete with all internal blinds as per pictures. Obviously, dwarf wall & footings not included in the sale!
