This saddle will help to put the rider in the correct position and it is widely considered as one of the best dressage saddles you can buy.  It is stamped MW 17.5 LH NS (Low Head, Narrow seat) and measures 9.5" between the D's and 6.5" at the bottom of the pommel where the flocking starts.  There are some teeth marks just behind the pommel as shown in picture above. This saddle is beautiful and was bought 3 years ago new and the condition of the saddle is as new.  It has had very little wear/use and this can be seen by the fact there are no marks on the leather of the saddle.  It is high cut at withers and has been used on a Warmblood previously.  It does have some slight scratching damage to the girth straps which is cosmetic and has been checked by saddler and cannot be seen when on horse.

It has a little fraying on the seam of the left flap which I will photograph and usual marks and slight scratches for a used saddle. The saddle is sound and regularly checked/flocked by Anthony Batchelor. Lovely black 17.5 Albion SLK dressage saddle - will send off with padded saddle bag, red albion cover and black sheepskin seat saver. Very comfortable, I bought this after using a wintec for a few years and compared to that the Albion is like sitting on a cushion which puts you in a great position with the deep seat and good sized knee rolls. Would keep it only my TB has changed shape & I'm happy with a GP saddle for now. Stamped NM but had the tree widened to a M (5" space between inner screws) by a master saddler at the end of last year who also checked and reflocked it for me. Beautiful soft leather - all in good condition as regularly cleaned. Faded in the seat area to a brownish colour, and a few small nicks in places which were there when purchased. Marks where stirrup leathers sit but like the seat can't be seen when in use. Bought the seat saver early on to prevent fading, but rarely used it as was a bit fiddly to attach. Bought under a year ago for £600 will accept offers near to £550. Happy for it to be collected (Woking) or can post with myHermes. Listed elsewhere so will be removed if sold. Read More

Saddle is only 2 years 9 months old, only used for ocassional schooling, but unfortunately does not fit my new horse. The saddle has not been used since May at which time it was cleaned, oiled and as since been stored in my house. Saddle is in excellent condition, well looked after.
