17.5inch Wide Albion Legend dressage / show saddle (Havana brown, suede seat and kneerolls) This is a true 'Wide' fit saddle (stamped 'Wide'), not an extra wide or extra extra wide. It measures approximately 9.5inches d ring to d ring and about 5 inches between the panels at the front. Ideal for warmbloods, Irish Draft crosses/Irish Sports Horses or Hunter types. Will suit horses with broader shoulders and flatter backs but not suitable for a low or flat withered cob type though - as picture illustrates needs a horse with a normal wither shape. Walsall made ALbion SL dressage saddle.  In very good used condition. Lovely sought after saddles, which put you in a great position and are very secure. Great big knee block. Versatile, comfy and secure. Good wide and well padded seat. Lovely broad panels and wide gullet. Puts you in a correct position. Extended stirrup bars.  Measures 18" from stud to centre of cantle. Measures nearly 9" across the dee's. Nice MW fit. Stamped '18' on the sweatflap but with no width, so would have been made to template.  Flap measures " from stirrup bar to bottom.  Tree is sound. The stitching is strong, and girth straps are in good condition. Has point strap fitted, to help stability, and holds the saddle well behind the horse's shoulder. Panels are wool flocked and soft and even. Just normal signs of wear and use. No marks or damage. Lovely clean condition throughout. This saddle is in excellent condition for its age, there is slight wearing to the suede though, which is to be expected. It has a lovely deep seat and medium knee rolls. It measures 10 inches from d to d. The widest part of the gullet measures 5 inches. Sad sale as it's a beautiful dressage saddle, just not wide enough for my mare.
