Beautiful bronze Marly horse, after the example of one of the horses made in front of the entrance to the park at the château de Marly.The original marble horses were manufactured between and by the French artist Guillaume Coustou () in command of the French King Louis XV. They are currently in the Louvre museum in Paris. This bronze statue was created in the early 20th century and is 40 cm high and 30 cm wide.The horse has no driver next to it, this was never a part of the statue.At the front the statue is signed with the name Coustou.The statue is in beautiful condition.
