Sad to sell our pet hedgehog, but we are going away soon and also expecting a new baby and think its best for him to go to someone who can care for him. Male African pygmy hedgehog, 2 years old, chocolate pinto. Comes with everything you need: large cage, wheel, bedding, litter tray and box of bathing sand, sleeping blankets/ pouch, tunnel, food bowl, hideaway, and any left over food. He eats cat kibble and occasional treats (mealworms, veggies). He enjoys going to the park to run around in the grass, and walks around the house sometimes. He naturally wakes up around 9-10pm, but can be woken up during the day for a couple of hours. He is very shy and huffy and spiky with new people, and it can take him weeks to warm up. His needs should be respected, and he will be happy as long as he is able to hide when feeling insecure. He enjoys taking warm shallow baths,and likes having some warm water poured over his back (but not face). We have a new small pet carrier and snuggle bonding bag (to take him out to the shops or on walks) that have only been used twice each, and were bought recently. They can be sold to you for an extra £10 if you want them. We are near Lee station, SE12.
