Amazing 5 Berth Adria Altea 502DK with Full Size Isabella Aw

Very reluctant sale as we have only had her for 1 year, but need to raise funds to move to the South of England. As stated in the description, we have really looked after our caravan and thoroughly cleaned it after each trip. Viewing and inspection highly recommended. Our 3 children have loved spending time in it and the bunk beds are amazing and very sturdy. Huge storage capacity. The dining area at the front, can be transformed to a double bed in 2 minutes. Same counts for the second seating area. The mattresses are very thick and comfortable, unlike the thin ones they make these days. We have always double protected the cushions, to ensure no stains with 3 messy children. - Damp free - no signs of moist, mould, signs of old leaks anywhere. - Built in Berth - Isabella full sized awning (I believe it is the ambassador version) which has shown no leaks, even with heavy downpour. The awning alone cost £ when it was bought new. - Gas & electric work as they should - Lots of original paperwork and instruction manuals. - CHRIS registered - Super light caravan - only 980kgs, so it is easy to tow with most vehicles. - Single axle - Toilet is clean and works the way it should - Windows have drop down sun blockers and a drop down fly mesh, so you can keep the windows open during hot evenings and not worry about being attacked by nasty bugs. - Fridge and freezer compartment - works the way it should - Heater - works the way it should There are two issues that I can think of; 1. The awning light defuser plastic bit needs replacing, as I made hash of replacing a light bulb. I have ordered a new part directly with Adria and this will be offered as part of the package. 2. During our last trip, our son turned on the tap while there was no water in the water reservoir, at the front, which we use for the water in the caravan. It didn't work when we filled it up again and my DIY skills are terrible, so I am happy to reduce the cost a little bit, so you can fix this. For sale is my Adria Altea 542DK in good condition. I purchased this 2 years ago from a couple who bought it for their daughter but she only used it once . This was reflected in the condition. I have used it for the last 2 years with my wife and 2 daughters. No pets / non smokers. The van is in very good used condition, every thing works as it should. Van is CRIS registered in my name at my home address. Of note for full disclosure and to save wasted journeys - One small exterior bump from awning pole near the fridge vents, tried to photograph it but it doesn't show up. About a 3 inch circle indented a few mm. not through finish of course but can seen in right light. One patch of slight discolouration on offside front. Just about visible in he front offside picture. May polish out, haven't tried. Small 8mm knick in kids steps to bunks. Signs of finish wear on front double bed slat retainers which is to be expected. The van was serviced in and I have just collected it from a full service . All service records and manuals are available for view and the records highlight no outstanding issues or damp. A great solid van. The MTPLM is just kg so easily towable for such a roomy van. The following years Adria changed the spec and the van become heavier. The bunks are very large and I have been often in the bottom one for a nights sleep thanks to the daughters robbing my bed and I'm 6'4.
