ACER Mini Desktop Computer x 2

Here are 2 Acer Desktop Computeres and 1 empty case. I no longer use them. They both run Windows 7 but each has one Intermittent fault. 1st PC - Runs Ok but problem with Power Button, sometimes it will power up Ok, sometimes you have to keep trying until it eventually does power up. 2nd PC - Runs Ok for a while then starts to slow down - restart and its Ok again for a short while.
