ACE ARISTOCRAT BERTH We have owned this for nearly 4 years now. Only selling due to being to big for us now. Used or rallies so everything is set up for 12v and gas usage. Large king size at front as usual. Side dinette that converts to bunks and fixed bunks (top bunk has window). Large rear bathroom, manual flush toilet, cubical shower and very large wardrobe. Removable carpets with vinyl under. Comes with alko stabiliser and hitch lock, water hog and waste hog. Since we have owned the van we have replaced the rear end of the van due to a leak when we purchased. Have the photos of the work, also took off front windows and re sealed. Few spots on front side panel, it has been like this since we brought and has never got any worse so we have just left it. Water heater doesn't work on electric just needs a new element fitting but never bothered us as used gas to heat water. Fridge works 3 ways and so does the blow air heater and fire. All the lights have been changed to 12v LED blubs. External BBQ point and external socket. Tyres changed a couple of years ago.
