Ace Rallyman -- no leaks!

Ace Rallyman 4.5m caravan. It has never leaked since we’ve had it, and shows no signs that it ever has. They built these older ‘vans right! The cabinets are solid wood, with veneer, not printed chipboard. Couches convert to two single or one 6’1” wide double berth. The upholstery is original (higher quality in those days) and in good shape. Kitchen with four-hob cooker with oven (never tried the oven, so I don’t know if it works, but it probably does), toilet compartment with PortaPotti, shower, basin. Note: there are cracks in the floor, so those would have to be mended if you wanted to use the shower. There are grab handles on the entry, in the toilet cubicle, and by one couch to aid disabled people. These can easily be removed if you don’t need them. The water pump and heater work, but the hot water tank needs a new plug. The furnace works. The refrigerator does not work, the refrigerant leaked out. It’s probably cheaper to buy a used fridge to replace it than repair the lines and put in new refrigerant. It has an oversized jockey wheel, but the tire is flat, probably needs new tube. There is a spare tire, which is new. The other tires are fair. It has an Al-Ko hitch, with anti-sway and a theft-resistant cover. Includes electric leads, levelling blocks, rolling water carrier, rolling waste water container, folding table, awning and some kitchen items. This van is basically sound and will give good service. The only fixes that are needed are the fridge, the shower floor, the water plug and jockey wheel and however much cosmetic detail as makes you happy — compare that to other vans in the price range.
