ABU Ambassaduer CT Converted Rocket. This beautiful reel, has a polished, one piece Aluminium QTC frame. There is a centre mag conversion fitted for making casting possible in all conditions. Also there is a quality handle conversion, with Stainless Steel, and wooden components. The sideplates were from a CS , and are in exceptional, if not ‘as new’ condition. The reel has been lovingly, regularly, and professionally maintained to very high standards. Recently, there have been a new pair of Ceramic Hybrid bearings fitted. A modest spin of the spool with a thumb will set the spool spinning for over 20 seconds ! ! Hence the mag brake ! !. Despite its tournament pedigree, this reel, if used properly, is very user friendly. I have only ever had one ‘crack off’, even then I was simply not heeding the increasing wind conditions..
