Regrettably selling this luxury caravan, bought in haste and didn't realise how difficult it would be to make time to get up to Selsey from Devon due to owning my own business and having heavy work commitments! The living room has large patio doors that lead out to the decking area. This can also be accessed through the main doorway off the kitchen and through a large porch with sliding doors. The decking area offers great oportunity to dine outside or entertain and this also leads down to a fenced off court yard for that little bit of privacy. We have 3 garden areas, the front is more of a miniature plant garden and waterfall, one side is used as a herb garden and the other side is mainly herbaceous plants to make it all low maintenance.
