We are selling our temperer as we no longer have a bean to bar chocolate business. It was bought second hand from Vantage House in September and it was used by us for 18 months. It is extremely reliable and does a really good job with bean to bar and couverture chocolate. It costs over £ new. It is an ideal chocolate temperer for enthusiastic amateurs and artisan chocolatiers. The Revolation X was created to the specifications of the world's most demanding pastry chefs and confectioners.
