MERCEDES IS A RESCUE DOG CURRENTLY IN KENNELS WAITING FOR HER FOREVER HOME Mercedes is a gorgeous, Staffy cross female who has been handed over to the pound to find a new forever home. She is a light/fawn brindle in colour, medium in size, 3 years old. She has previously lived with two other female dogs and children. Mercedes is microchipped but she will need spaying asap. The kennels have been told that she is brilliant with children, she knows basic commands, she has been ok with a rabbit but doesnt like cats. She was handed over due to having a little scuffle with their older dog. Mercedes is not used to going on walks - she has been a house dog with access to a large garden. She is housetrained and will let you know when she needs to go to the toilet by whining. She may need lead training and socialising due to not used to going on walks. In kennels she has been very talkative, fussy and friendly, her whole body waggs when she sees you. She is very affectionate once she knows you wont hurt her. Dogs over there desperately need loving homes but unfortunately many die through the cold, the conditions they are kept in, ill treatment and lack of food or killed among other things.
