A classic, vintage brocade evening skirt

Want to feel like a $1million but can only afford a 20 note! This long evening skirt does just that, as soon as you put it on! Made by Dereta of London in the 60's, this brocade skirt is made to be worn on the waist. It is a heavy skirt with gold, bronze and emerald stitching. Split to side seam to allow ease of movement. Concealed side zip and hook fasteners. Lined with black material. No composition label. Dry clean only. Label is marked (UK) size 14 Length 39" Waist 26" Side split 13" This skirt is amazing, and the photos hardly do it justice. it's a joy to wear and just unusual enough to stand out from the crowd! Invisible zip to rear of skirt. Suit is shown on a UK size 8 dummy. Immaculate condition, hardly ever worn. Sadly too small for me now. Jacket is a UK sz 8, skirt is a UK sz 10 - please see photos of labels. Jacket still has the spare buttons in their little plastic bag attached to the care label.
