Their is a small tear to the weather flap that runs around the bottom of the tent but this does not affect it's usage. It comes with it's carry bag and instructions. Khyam Harvard Deluxe 6 person tent

As per the title, this is a Khyam Harvard Deluxe hydrostatic head tent. It is officially for 6 people, 4 in the main dome and 2 in the sleeping compartment in the opposite end. In between is a living / storage area. This smaller sleeping compartment can be removed if you do not need it to create a bigger living area. We have been using it as our family tent, there are 5 of us including three little boys. However, my boys are getting older and bigger so we need a larger one hence the sale. The main dome and smaller sleeping compartment have a built in ground sheet. The living area has a separate ground sheet. it has 2 doors, one on either side.
