due to losing our family home and being put into temporary accommodation, we are having to rehome our dogs. This isn't something we are choosing to do but more something we are being forced into as we could be here for years and it is unfair on them not having a stable home. Our female German shepherd kumala is a very nervous girl, she has been brought up around 7 children and 2 cats and if she was to stay with our husky I think she would be okay to be rehomed with children. Dog for rehoming - German shepherd x Collie

Lovely boy for rehoming. My sister is in a bit of a situation. She has 2 children under 3 years old and has recently been through a hard time and decided to get a family dog - she looked for weeks and found a nice collie x German shepherd on Facebook for rehoming. She liased with the owner and took "Buster" (16months old) on for what she thought was agreed as a trial period. From day 1 she knew it was way too much for her to cope - and realised she had made a mistake and it is too soon for her to take on a dog. Buster is brilliant with children. He is very energetic (probably the collie in him) and NEEDS training with manners etc - he is possessive over his toys and chews but this should be trained out of him with time and patience. He is fully toilet trained and doesn't steal food from tables or anything. He has a few toys and plastic bed with him. My sister messaged the owner after Day 1 and said she cannot cope and is extremely sorry but she does need to return him - the owner absolutely refused to take him back and said she cannot cope with her two young children and him anymore My sister is now in an awful situation and wants him to have a good home but at the same time needs him gone ASAP - she's very down about the whole situation He is not neutered and is overpowering to dogs he meets in the park but is not aggressive. He needs to be neutered ASAP He needs an owner who can walk him twice a day, and train him. I've had Oscar since he was 8 weeks old...unfortunately I underestimated how strong he is and as he is a big boy I now need to rehome him. He does need training as he pulls when out walking. We are proud to announce the safe arrival of nine healthy puppies. Mum is our beloved family pet, she is a wonderful family dog, she is very obedient, walks to heel of lead has fantastic recall, can speak on command, gives high five, plays dead and a million and one other things, she is devoted to the family, I have no doubt that these many fantastic traits will be carried on by her offspring. She is pedigree but not kc registered, neither will the puppies. She is a fine example, very healthy and straight backed. Sire to the pups is a straight backed long coat black German Shepherd, again a very healthy dog and a super nature second to non. The puppies will be born in the lounge and given the best of care, that is where they will stay until they are ready for their new homes. They will be wormed from 2 weeks old and every 2 weeks thereafter, a worming schedule with product used and dates will be given. The pups will have been microchipped and also have a vet check, they will not leave home until they are 8 weeks old. The pups will be exposed to all household noises, introduced to small children, teenagers and older people, also cats and other dogs. They will be interacted with every day, I also take them out in the car for short journeys so they are used to the car and the sights and smells of the outside world. All new prospective owners will be updated on a weekly basis with video's via WhatsApp so a diary of the new arrival can be kept from a day old.
