The dimensions of the tent are: L 730cm x W 260cm x H 200cm The sleeping pods are 240x210 one side is 2 separate pods and one side is separated by a zip up wall so can be opened up into one big sleeping pod. The porch dimensions are: L 300cm x W 320cm x H 220 cm Giving you an extra 9.6m2 living space (we used it as a kitchen) it has a large flap that goes over the top of the tent to keep out the rain. We will consider separating the tent and porch from the extras at the right price but would prefer to sell as a complete package. A 4 man tent that we have used just a couple of times. The tent is in excellent condition with no tears, snags or catches anywhere. All poles (steel and fibre-glass) are as they were when we bought the tent due to the very light use. All times we used the tent it was put away dry so there is no mould or patches of damp anywhere. All guy-ropes are attached and complete. I's a quality product not some cheap rubbish. I spend 2 days in almost constant down pours and remained dry and a further 2 days in the sun and that's all its been used for 4 days in total. VGC no damage. A selection of camping light weight /fold away stacking pots and pans, kettle, mess tins and a single burner stove with case and six spare gas cylinders. Non of the pots have been used other than to boil water in over the four days. No cooking or smoking inside the tent. Serious health diagnosis problem forces sale. Said meet in person but will deliver locally for small fee or post if you pay costs.
