Setting up - we are by no means experienced campers and this tent is a beast but we managed to get it up very easily, it is very logical and easy to manage with 2 people. Layout- Superb. Very flexible with all the three bedrooms removable. I would say that if you like your space then it would sleep a family of four in extreme comfort but I can easily see it living up to it's 8 berth tag.
