For sale is a beautiful pony with allot of potential. previously been ridden, but been out of work since october last year due to finding out she was in foal when i bought her. She will need bringing back into work and i dont have the time to do this due to work commitments. I dont want to see her wasted as a field orniment so have decided to sell her now the foal is ready to be weaned. She is a brilliant mother and produced a lovely colt may this year. (Mare for sale only) she is excellent in traffic & had cars, busses, wagons & tractors pass her on a busy main road & never even looked at them. she is a good doer, lives out all year around unrugged with access to stable. Only vice is she is hard to catch in the field but will come to call altho runs off when you try to put headcollar on but will follow you into stable for food where she can be caught. 14.1 hh, stunning mare for sad sale. Genuine reason for sale as owner has a broken foot with long term prognosis not great. This mare is too nice to be sat in a field without a job to do. She is a really lovely mare and not mareish at all. Good to handle, with vet and farrier. She is passported, micro chipped and up to date with vaccinations. She hacks alone or in company, jumps poles, fillers and loves xc. Been out sj and low level dressage coming first in both. Very low maintenance, lives out happily with mares and geldings and lives off fresh air, Would suit a teen, adult or mother/daughter share. Pretty Section A Five Year Old Mare

This is a very sad sale of our beautiful and lovable family pony. Starlight is a registered section A, five year old mare, measuring 11.1hh. She has been lovingly taken through preliminary education of lunging, long reining and has been lightly and successfully shown in hand in . She has been led at walk with my four year old daughter. This has been in the school and on walks around the lanes. She doesn't seem phased by this at all. She is not a spooky animal. When many others would shy she doesn't. She is very mature in many ways. She does listen to your voice and is very light on the lead but is forward going. She is a very trusting animal. Because she has only had experience being ridden at walk, she will need proper training to build on her experience before being taken out for rides with a child on. We have not yet worked on trot when ridden and she has been out of work for winter. We are just starting to work her again and she is happy to be back in training. Up to date with tetanus, worming and teeth. She is good with farrier and to load. She is in excellent health and is very affectionate with the whole family and all the animals; dogs, ducks, chickens & sheep. With further training, a confident and experienced leader and love she will excel in whatever she does in the future. She would be great as a driving, companion pony and with the right training would excel as a ridden pony. I have also had many hours of fun doing liberty with her because she naturally wants to follow people, so this is something she enjoys.
