Atribute is a very traditional 60ft narrowboat (beam 6’10”) built early . By burscough boats and fitted out by ourselves to 90% completion. As you can see from the photos there is a sizeable gas locker currently plumbed with 2 x 13kg gas bottles. Bedroom- In the bow is a fixed king size bed over the fresh water tank (approx 200 gal) and the waste tank (approx 120 gal) Bathroom- Fitted with a full size bath and a masorator toilet finished in natural travertine stone. Nursery- A small nursery for our new arrival. This could easily be removed to restore the saloon to full length of 14’. Saloon- Fits a 3 seat sofa and a solid oak floor. Galley- The galley is 9’ and is fitted with a 12v fridge, 12v freezer, full lpg double oven/ grill inc 4 burner hob, 240v washer/dryer (never used) and a microwave. The floor is finished in original welsh slate with the cupboard doors and draws being solid oak. Engine room- The mid engine room was last on the list of rooms to be finished. So this is where most of the work is required. The engine is a Ruston & Hornsby 2VTH from . It is fitted, plumbed in however the hydrolic drive system is not currently fitted but is included in the sale. I do have a complete system as spare which I will also include for the right offer. Boatmans cabin- This room is partially fitted with ply as a lining ready for whatever finish you choose. There is a traditional Stratford stove which in the past was converted to gas, I was going to revert it back to original. Details- The boat is heated by a custom underfloor heating system off a webasto diesel fired boiler, which also heats the water in a 75ltr twin coil calorifier. It has spray foam insolation throughout at 1-1.5” from gunwales up and 2”+ from gunwales down. The floor is also insolated to maximise efficiency of the underfloor heating. All electrical systems on the boat are 12v except for the washer/dryer and microwave which will powered by a w pure sine multi-cell inverter (included not currently fitted.) The battery system is currently 1 starter, 2 domestic and 4 leisure batteries. All are multi-cell 110amp which are charged by xamp alternators or the 770w solar system. A common question is about windows, the answer is 6 metres of double glazed thermal break glass in the roof. Viewing is a must. There is not another boat like Atribute. Serious offers considered. Dear all, as we are living in Iceland for work reasons, we are putting on the market MYTH, she is a Harbour Marine Narrowboat 64ft. LUNA is a beautiful 42ft cruiser Stern narrowboat livaboard. She was built in by a company called Harbough Marine with steel hull. I have lived on LUNA for 3 years and had so many happy times.
