Therapy pet wanted - small dog - over a year old

We rehomed our much loved family pet through this site some years ago because of family circumstances. She went to a lovely family but we have missed her ever since. My son is now an adult but is unable to work and needs a companion. My partner and I work, but my son will be at home to take care of his new friend, with our guidance. We are hoping someone will be able to help us find a small dog, preferably house trained, that is friendly and not too barky, to keep him company. Lucky is a 6 year old sausage dog / jack russell. He has been neutered. He has a nice and lovely temperament but would rather him go to a couple with older children or older. Reason we are looking for another home for Lucky is because my mother has recently had a stroke she absolutely dotes on him but she can no longer look after him. The stroke has effected her memory too so sometimes she's not even too sure she's fed him. So she has made the choice for him to go to a home where he can get as much love as she used to before she had the stroke. It's been a huge decision for the family as we all love him but feels he needs to go to someone who can spoil him and show him the effection he needs. He absolutely loves attention and he won't move from your side once he is settled. He has a cracking personality too which will never leave you bored. Please drop me a text. Unfortunately I have reluctantly come to the decision to rehome my dogs due to my relationship breakdown and working full time- it's not fair on them being home on their own all the time and they deserve time and love from someone who can really appreciate them. Kimmy is a 6 year old Chihuahua who is used to children and loves to snuggle up. She is very well behaved, good with other dogs and off lead (although can be a bit deaf with the recall on occasion!). She was very overweight when I first got her and clearly wasn't walked often enough. She has lost the weight and is a very active dog, she loves her walks and needs someone who won't treat her like a handbag dog. She is not yappy at all, only if the doorbell goes and is used to being left- she just deserves not to be left as long as I am having to. She is currently living with a lurcher and a large greyhound and likes dogs of all sizes. I will want to do a home visit before she goes. Thanks.

This is our baby boy chase, he turned 1 5th June. He is a good boy and a very loved family pet, we are selling him due to him not getting the attention he needs with us having 3 young children, he is a very hyper boy so he needs quite a bit of attention he is a staffy x jack Russel, however you cannot tell he has jack in him.
