Every person who attends will receive a fitness hamper with healthy snacks, a meal prep guide and a FREE personal training session on a day of their choice. Ad Virtus UK consists of a team of forward thinking fitness and sport athletes who believe feeling and looking good should never involve hours spent on the treadmill. Our 1 hour session will work your entire body through conditioning drills that aim to reach your fitness goals quicker and more efficiently than commercial classes.
