They don't effect use of the rug in any way. All clips and straps in fantastic condition. Really great rug that's had very little use. Masta Navy Turnout Rug size 6'3 with full neck. Good used condition but has not been cleaned, only used for 1 winter so has never been washed therefore still fully waterproof. All straps, buckles, velcro etc in good condition, just a few hairs and a bit of shavings stuck in the velcro! No rips or tears to outer, tiny rip in the lining at the front - see pic. I cannot find the original bag so not exactly sure of weight of rug but feels relatively thick so possibly about 200g so medium to heavyweight. Large items will be sent by courier within 2 days of payment. Postage quite high due to weight. Sorry no returns. Paypal please or will accept cash on collection if preferred.
